Association dues are $75 per year. They cover upkeep of the covered bridge and neighborhood entrance, common-area landscaping, streetlighting, and our community gatherings throughout the year.
To pay online, use the PayPal button below — it opens a secure PayPal page with the $75 amount already filled in. A PayPal account is not required; you may pay with a debit or credit card as a guest. Please include your street address in the note so the treasurer can record your payment.
